Bug Fixs & Quality of life improvments

Based on feedback I've added the ability to press E to switch to the king regardless of who you are controlling.

Fixed several bugs that got characters stuck in walls
Fixed a stuck in the air bug
Fixed a bug that caused the minions to respawn off-screen
Made some back end improvements to how the traps trigger to make them more reliable.
