Fixed a bug allowing you to auto-win battles
Fixed a bug that duplicated dead crew members
Fixed crew members can now die properly (Just throw those bodies overboard after a fight)
Added an ending that is not just a blank screen
Added the game now ends if your whole crew is dead.
Added a new event.
